Learning on Display provides support to refine that cycle. In essence, the teacher causes, confirms, and reveals learning and growth. Students then display their growth and reasoning through their participation and contribution by listening, speaking, reading, writing, and thinking.

Feedback to Student Writing
Learning on Display associates give feedback to samples of student writing and show teachers how to move away from prescriptive corrections and evaluative feedback that tells students what is wrong with the paper. Instead, feedback models are shared that develop student agency and self-regulatory decision making to evaluate and move their own work forward. Consequently, teachers will find the freedom to respond as a reader and collaborator that is valuable and valued by their students. Contact Shona at learningondisplay@gmail.com to schedule a review.
